Carley is the Research and Policy Analyst at Children’s HealthWatch. In her role, Carley supports the organization’s state policy priorities and research efforts. On the policy side, she conducts policy analysis, co-develops policy-relevant advocacy materials, and builds relationships with statewide coalitions, community organizations, and elected officials. She also co-leads the Massachusetts Healthy Families Tax Credits Coalition, a network of over 80 organizations working to expand refundable family tax credits.

On the research side, Carley analyzes qualitative data, conducts literature reviews, and co-writes publications for peer-review.

Carley earned her BA from the University of Minnesota and her MPH from Boston University.
