Children’s HealthWatch has been very active in the On Solid Ground coalition, which released the report – On Solid Ground: Building Opportunity, Preventing Homelessness. This report documents the impact of the Commonwealth’s housing shortage on families with extremely low incomes, and outlines the critical components of a preventative approach to family homelessness.

That’s why it’s essential for policymakers to take account of children’s health when making housing policy,” said Dr. Megan Sandel, Pediatrician at Boston Medical Center and Principal Investigator at Children’s HealthWatch.
