Cristina Mansilla, RN
Cristina is the Children‘s HealthWatch Boston Site Coordinator. She first joined Children’s Healthwatch as a Research Assistant in 2013, interviewing families in the emergency department for over a year. Her clinical interests led her to a role as a family navigator within a specialized clinic for children with complex medical needs. Recently, Cristina completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently working toward an advanced degree as part of Georgetown University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Primary Care track. During her time at Children‘s HealthWatch, Cristina coordinated the Housing Prescriptions as Healthcare project, a randomized controlled trial focused on housing-based interventions for families with young children. Cristina is continually excited about expanding her work within Children’s HealthWatch, focusing on how economic disparities can impact health outcomes.
