Charlotte Bruce is the Director of Policy. In this role, Charlotte leads state and federal policy strategy and legislative advocacy initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities to influence legislative and regulatory action, overseeing policy partnerships, and leading coalition building efforts to advance policies that promote the health and well-being of all children. Charlotte also leads the Massachusetts Healthy Families Tax Credits Coalition, a statewide network of over 80 organizations working to strengthen and expand refundable family tax credits.

With a Master of Public Health degree, Charlotte brings a strong foundation in public health research and policy analysis to her role. She currently resides in Washington, DC.
