As the Engagement, Equity and Inclusion Associate, Ms. Cantave co-leads the race and equity work at Children‘s HealthWatch with the Executive Director, as well as provides support around individual donor and Children’s HealthWatch Advisory Board engagement, events and general communications. Previously, Ms. Cantave was the Communications and External Relations Specialist and the Senior Administrative Coordinator at Children’s HealthWatch supporting the Executive Director, Research and Policy Director and Finance Administrator, and assisting in all aspects of administering the ongoing multi-site program.

Prior to joining Children’s HealthWatch, Ms. Cantave ran the Business Office and Concierge Desk at Susan Bailis Assisted Living, a luxury senior community in the Back Bay. She also managed the Community Center and Volunteer/Intern program at United South End Settlements, the first settlement house in Boston, and managed the evening ESL program at Rosie’s Place, a sanctuary for poor and homeless women.

Ms. Cantave received her B.A. in English & Literature from Southern New Hampshire University and her Master’s in Human Resources from Villanova University.
