Beyond Housing: Examining Negative Effects of Household
Hardships on Well-being of Children and Youth

Research on the impact of housing on children and youth, with a focus on
the connection between their well-being and household hardships, unstable
housing, family homelessness, low-wage work, and hunger, will be presented
during this session. Using empirical evidence to create long-term solutions
that stabilize families’ housing will be a particular focus.
