Since 1998, Children’s HealthWatch has meticulously documented how policy decisions shape the lives of infants and toddlers. These children – our future leaders, innovators, and citizens – cannot march, cannot vote, and cannot speak at Congressional hearings. But through our research, their needs echo in the halls of power.
